Annie Lennox

Annie Lennox born December 25 of 1954 in Aberdeen Scotland. Dorothy Farquharson and Thomas Allison Lennox are her parents. Lennox was a flute, piano as well as harpsichord at Royal Academy of Music London for three years throughout the 70s. She managed to make it with the stipend she received from her students and work part-time jobs. When she was at the Royal Academy Lennox was dissatisfied with her skill in comparison to her fellow students and she pondered what alternative path she might follow. Lennox was initially an instrument player in the band Dragons Playground. But she quit before her band was requested to take part in I.T.V.'s talent competition New Faces. She was The singer for The Tourists from 1977 until 1980. It was here that she got to know Dave Stewart and together they formed The duo Eurythmics. Lennox was then able to begin work on her debut solo album Diva, which was released around 1992. In both commercial terms and critically the album was a massive hit. Nostalgia Lennoxs six-album solo was released in the month of October 2014. included Nostalgia Lennox. The C.D. contains a collection of Lennoxs most loved soul jazz and blues songs from her childhood. Also, in May of 2019, Lennox has released Lepidoptera an album of four piano pieces that she improvised. The E.P. She released her first solo album along with her art work in the Massachusetts Museum of Contemporary Art with the title "Now I'll Let You Go." Annie Lennox was born in 1954 on 25 December. She is a philanthropist, activist as well as a singer. The Tourists were a new-wave group who had some recognition in the 1970s. In the following years, Lennox became a part of the band with the band with fellow musician Dave Stewart to form the pop duo Eurythmics. The year 1992 was the year Lennox launched a solo career with their debut record Diva that produced a number of hit songs includingWhy andWalking on Broken Glass. Medusa the album she released in 1995 includes cover versions of tracks like No MoreI I Love Yous and A Whiter Shade of Pale. The singer has released six solo album compilations and studio albums.
